Gained back 20lbs when I quit smoking in december. I don't want to gain any more... Will the smart for life program help me to lose the 20lbs I gained? I know when people are almost at there goal weight it gets harder and harder to lose. I am currently 150lbs and would like to get back down to my goal weight if 130lbs. What do you think?
