Ways to loose Weight !

In this modern society, many people like to pursue the ultimate known beauty. To achieve this many people easily are attracted to the path of obtaining such beauty through so called “easy” ways which will cause more problems. Majority of these problems is caused by people following incorrect plans of losing weight. This is because many people, women especially see loosing weight as a major factor in the path to ultimate beauty.

Many women view themselves as being overweight for one or another reason and will resort to many ways most of which are bad for the individual or baseless. This is because they are determined in achieving weight loss that they loose their ability to judge and rationalize. They are easily talked into trying ways which are said to be fast, efficient, easy and cheap without going through research or thoughts of their own.

One of the most popular ways of loosing weight among women nowadays is through consumption of weight loss pills which are said to make women “lose weight”. It is popular due to commercialization, its cost, method (which is easy) and high efficient Most of these weight loss pills work by blocking our fat/oil intake from our food source. They achieve that through many ways such as by binding to the fat first so that our body will not absorb it, causing our intestine walls to be less permeable to fat and therefore absorbing less fat into our body. Also some increase our body metabolic rate which will cause faster rates of respiration and higher consumption of respiratory substrate (fat being one of the respiratory substrate). However, many of these weight loss pills are baseless (especially cheap ones) and causes unknown or unstated side effects which are often overlooked by consumers. Also these methods may not be the best way to achieve weight loss because there are different types of being overweight (genetic causes, diseases, water retention, too much fats and also side-effects of some drugs and substances) and some women who purchase such products are not even overweight.

We should look to other alternatives of weight loss diet plans such as carefully planned diet plans, or the best of all- good old exercises. But these better alternatives are often overlooked although they are usually inexpensive. This is because these alternatives are very time consuming and require high discipline of the individual. That is the main factor which most people are not willing to give, time and effort.

There’s a saying that “there is no free lunch in this world, there is no reward without effort”. Beauty can be achieved by an individual only though correct method and most importantly a correct mindset.
